Dieting? How Often Should You Eat

So are you all set to start your new diet to lose that extra fat you have accumulated in the abdomen during the vacation? How often can you eat while following your diet? Just like you there are thousands of people looking to lose weight by dieting and have this same question on their minds.

There are lots of stories that we hear about eating more than 3 times a day and eating around 5 small meals a day. Let’s discuss the correct eating pattern that you must follow while dieting in order to obtain desirable results as soon as possible.

· It is very important to first make sure that the diet you’re about to follow is suitable for you. It should have a healthy balance of all the necessary nutrients and proteins required to fasten the fat reduction process.

· The most important meal of the day as per all dieticians is breakfast. It could be a mix of cereals, fruits, fresh fruit juice, eggs or oat meals. Having a healthy breakfast will give you the right amount of energy to carry through the day.

· It is a good idea to space out the meals in a day within a gap of 2 to 4 hours.

· A light snack consisting of digestive biscuits or a fresh fruit can be taken between the breakfast and lunch to kill the hunger pangs between two meals.

· A healthy lunch as per your diet chart. It is important to eat as per the plan because that would include a healthy balanced diet to keep your stomach full for the next few hours.

· A light snack and juice in the evening would be a good idea. You may also want to munch on some popcorn without butter.

· A light dinner as per your diet plan should be taken at least 2 hours before going to bed.
